This BPR Manager position is based in IQVIA Group Japan, and its main responsibility is to plan and manage strategic BRP projects for IQVIA Group by leading, implementing and managing key sourcing initiatives with support of IQVIA Group Japan’s management team.

BPR ManagerはIQVIA Group Japanに属しており、主な職務としては、IQVIA Group Japanの経営陣の支援を得ながら、主要な調達イニシアチブを主導し、実施し、管理することによって、IQVIAグループの戦略的BRPプロジェクトを計画および管理することです。

Business Process Reengineering Manager will be in charge of planning and managing projects which aim to support business operations (Mainly R&DS division) to optimize cost/process efficiency. You will actively engage in the strategic and operational planning of process improvements, and identify business priorities and develop process improvement projects.

Business Process Reengineering Managerは、コスト/プロセス効率を最適化するために事業運営(主にR&DS部門)をサポートすることを目的としたプロジェクトの計画および管理を担当します。あなたは積極的にプロセス改善の戦略的および運用計画に従事し、ビジネスの優先順位を識別し、プロセス改善プロジェクトを開発します。

・Experience in of preparing for and managing changes (through teams, departments, influencing stakeholders etc.)
・Outstanding interpersonal skills in negotiations, conflict resolution, customer service and project management.
・Ability to balance and hundle multiple priorities and work independently across organizations.
・業務プロセス変更の準備と管理の経験(チーム、部門、関係部署との連携)
・交渉、問題解決、顧客サービス、プロジェクト管理における優れた対人関係スキル。
・複数の優先事項のバランスをとりながら、組織をまたいで独立して業務を遂行する能力。

あると望ましい経験やスキル

・5+ years of experience in process improvement and business process re-engineering
・Experience in setting up and leading cross-functional and multi-regional business teams
・5年以上のプロセス改善とビジネスプロセス リエンジニアリング経験
・様々な組織やビジネスをまたいでのプロジェクトの立ち上げやリードした経験

・Bachelor’s (or Master’s) Degree qualification in business or finance is preferred
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Japanese and English.
・ビジネスまたは財務の学士号(または修士号)の学位
・日本語と英語の両方で優れた読み書き、コミュニケーション能力
