Our Primary Market Research Team based in Moscow are looking for a passionate Associate Project Manager who will be responsible for multiple quantitative market research projects across the full project life-cycle from the proposal stage through to the final report delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participates to develop proposals for clients
  • Defines research design and methodology, target selection and sample
  • Develops questionnaires
  • Designs and prepares data analysis plans
  • Cooperates with quantitative department, fieldwork department and data analysis department to ensure high quality delivery on time and on budget
  • Generates key insights and recommendations to client
  • Prepares and delivers research results presentation to clients


  • Master’s degree or equivalent preferably in Economics, Marketing, Market research, Social or Statistical Sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience in market research companies or similar. Previous experience in quantitative market research in the healthcare area is highly desirable;  
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge and ownership of Office suite with specific reference to Excel and Power Point
  • Critical thinking and excellent skills in data analysis and synthesis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience and ability to conduct presentations
  • Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
