Manager, Global Services - the role:

Oversees and coordinates analytics project teams in the design, development and delivery of analytics solutions to support and grow IQVIA R&D Solutions opportunities and trial programs, in order to achieve sales and revenue targets. The Solutions Manager is the key analytics interface with the sales, proposal, and project teams and must have the ability to interpret requests and provide information to support the overall business need.

Specific activities include:

  • Partners with other R&D Solutions functions to define analytic requirements to support trial strategy

  • Leads analytics teams to deliver high value and differentiating analytic insights to enhance trial strategy and execution. Manages and defines the delivery of key analytics to support end to end engagements

  • Develops project plan for analytics delivery inclusive of timelines, risks, and dependencies

  • Generates creative solutions, applies logic, and problem solves, often in real time

  • Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience. 

  • Responsible for staying current on IQVIA standard RWD offerings as well as any newly acquired assets for potential R&D Solutions opportunities

  • Offers mentorship and coaching in a quickly growing team to ensure knowledge sharing and to elevate ACOE capabilities in the delivery of differentiating solutions for IQVIA project teams

Minimum Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 5 years of related experience in healthcare analytics, consulting and project management and delivery.
  • Experience in clinical research with phase I-IV clinical trial process knowledge desired.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.
  • Active listener with strong relationship building skills.

Additional Requirements:

In depth understanding of IQVIA real world data assets and R&D operations. Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to achieve team goals. Experienced with creating consultative relationships with senior management in the life science industry (such as lead medics, therapeutic strategy leads and project leaders). Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and deliver on tight timelines. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
