FP&A

  • Monthly forecast consolidation of business unit (BU) financials
  • Forecasting & Reporting: working with BU leads on individual BU forecasts
  • BU Partnership: become trusted advisor to business unit leads, working closely on compensation, business drivers and future developments 
  • Building Zero Based 2020 Cost budget, including compensation for +950 employees
  • Investment & Real estate Capital Appropriation Requests preparation & tracking spend
  • Quarterly reviews: Business units Profit & Loss, headcount & investments
  • Operational effectiveness: simplify internal processes, lead Lean/Kaizen events

Accounting

  • Accounts Payable Review and overall responsibility: allocation by BU
  • Setup time tracking (PSA) process, deferral tracking, and associated reporting internally & externally  
  • Intercompany setup & management: investment projects, revenue and headcount. 
  • Audit preparation for all legal companies, including monthly Blackline reconciliations
  • Process Compliance to IQVIA standards: approvals, Delegation of Authority, payment days, new vendors…
  • UK Tax computation

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience with financial analysis and progressive Accounting dept experience
  • Demonstrated experience with managing multiple deadlines in a time sensitive environment
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems is valuable
  • Working knowledge of Hyperion reporting systems is valuable

Skill Requirements

  • Solid analytical, technology, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting theory
  • Ability to work independently, and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
