  • Responsible for supporting and overseeing Patient Support Programs ( PSPs) across the region
  • Responsible for implementation of the patient support program defined project plan
  • Responsibilities include day to day project management and supporting country affiliates including prioritization, allocation of tasks and resources, application of new skills and knowledge, communication management, time and schedule management
  • Supporting Country affiliates in responding to their needs, triaging their queries, getting a response from legal and compliance around their queries pertaining to PSP
  • Ensuring the processes are followed and keep the PSP audit ready at all times
  • Close collaboration with different internal stakeholders
  • Office based role with limited travel


  • 3-5 years’ experience in the Industry (preferably a Senior CRA with some project management exposure)
  • Understands the concept of Patient Support Programs
  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and related treatment framework
  •  Understanding of the competitive environment and how to demonstrate value through IQVIA solutions to be acquired.  
  •  Communicating with impact and exercising influence to motivate and promote cooperation.
