Technical Support L2 Manager will be owning Support L2 function at offshore for all Compliance’s product line. He/she will be reporting to CCoE Lead and accountable for all Compliance's products support activities.
 
Principal Accountabilities:
 
• Lead and oversee the Support L2 function
• Participate and guide team in Support activites for all compliance products 
• Work closely with an onshore support manager/owner to understand the ticket priorities and needs across all clients/products
• Work closely with technical leads to review the tickets, priortization, planning and guiding team during execution
• To be an product and technical evangelist, demonstrate product and technical leadership
• Publish Support L2 function performance report and health status, discuss issues & resolution with appropriate levels of management
• Responsible for team development (Goals and Competency) and management
• Responsible for ensuring that organizational processes are followed during execution as well as contributing to best practices and continuous improvement
• Drive Innovation and process improvements within the team
• Provides performance feedback and assists employees with plans for development and training
• Maintaining high levels of motivation within the project  team through mentoring and appropriate leadership
• Effective Risk management and mitigation


Qualifications:
 
Education: 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in computer application or equivalent
• SFDC Certifications in either of DEV, Administration Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

Technical Skills: 

At least 12+ years of experience in Force.com platform: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL

Apex: Experience developing managed packages
Lightning: Strong foundation in CSS, JavaScript, and the Lightning Design System
Microsoft Platform: ASP.NET, C#, EntityFramework, WCF, JQUERY, JAVASCRIPT, SSIS, RDLC
ETL: Informatica Could
• Have a good understanding of the cloud computing concept, Web application development
• Knowledge of the Salesforce product landscape. Sales Cloud and force.com
• Knowledge in healthcare domain, concept of sales territory hierarchy
• Expert level Visualforce, Apex, and SOQL knowledge.
• Expert level of Salesforce configuration, workflow, approval process and other features
• Good knowledge and understanding of Web Service APIs for integration purposes
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the platform. Eg: governor limits
• Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into a detailed solution keeping in mind business & financial factors, Design a technical architecture solution that may span multiple platforms and include integration. Have the acumen to propose alternative solutions as well.
• Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture
• Have the ability to foresee risks far ahead in the game and put in place action items to mitigate risks.
• Proficient on source control tools
• Strong on project management, Agile Methodologies, Scrum certification will be an advantage

• Excellent Presentation, communication and negotiation skills 
• Excellent inter-personal skills, working in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams
