Principle Accountabilities:

  • Drives data governance around IQVIA™ subnational/national Information assets (i.e. Xponent, Xponent Plantrak, DDD, DDD MD, NPA, NSP, SMART) and syndicated patient services (NPA MD, Xponent PD, LAAD), by following an account operational plan and coordinating activities across the client and IQVIA™ client service, consulting (incentive compensation, reporting, analytics, patient etc.) and sales teams to ensure client Information needs are met to achieve budget and client satisfaction targets.

Client Service

  • Represents IQVIA™ to a complex large client and the client to IQVIA™ in all Information services related activities
  • Develops a tactical and strategic understanding of the client’s Information strategy, deliverables and data business applications (how the client may use and consume data for field force incentive compensation, reporting, analytics, forecasting etc.) and develops compelling solutions using appropriate IQVIA™ products and services (acts as primary Information advisor to the client)
  • Partners with the client and IQVIA™ cross functional teams to drive data governance best practices – and in particular - coordinates and communicates the impact assessment and recommendations for handling data events and product enhancements for all client data business applications
  • Builds relationships across the IQVIA™ and client organization (at various levels), including commercial operations, data governance, sales operations, market research and forecasting
  • Coordinate the implementation of new Information services/deliverables, major changes to contracted subnational & national deliverables, and ad-hoc data requests (subnational, national) including accurate report specification requirements
  • Resolves 1st line service issues with the IQVIA™ service and cross functional teams, and drives escalation as needed within the IQVIA™ organization
  • Ensures through Quarterly Service Reviews and performance metrics analyses that service level agreements, contract specifications, and product deliverables meet clients’ specifications, including timeliness and quality
  • Participates in Information proposal, business development and contract renewals, working closely with the Account and Program Management teams

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five (5) to eight (8) years relevant account management experience and/or delivery management experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of IQVIA™ Information offerings (Xponent, Xponent Plantrak, DDD, DDD MD, NPA, NSP, SMART, NPA MD, Xponent PD, LAAD)
  • Familiarity with how IQVIA™ Information offerings are used to enable data applications such as field force incentive compensation and demand modeling in the pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience with client account management (vendor) and/or internal stakeholder management (pharmaceutical company)
