We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Real World Data team in Milan, whose mission is to perform advanced analytical modeling on Patients Databases, providing strategic recommendations for commercial, marketing and medical purposes.

As an Analyst, the candidate will be responsible, for actively participating in/supporting the development and delivery of client projects with a specific focus on Patients Databases.
Main responsibilities will be:

  • perform advanced statistical analyses (e.g. quality and consistency check, cluster analyses, profiling analyses etc.)
  • translate business questions into data analyses, by leveraging best statistical modelling knowledge and experience
  • take responsibility for creating sections of reports and other client deliverables
  • support senior members in the continuous optimization and innovation of offering and delivery solutions
  • gain experience in using SAS and other statistical tools to manipulate and analyze big data sets

Required Education and Experience

  • Required: MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Statistics, Math. Engineering and Social Sciences
  • Preferable: 1-2 year analytic/statistical work experience (data scientists) in consulting, market research or business analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to use statistical software, SAS programming skill is required
  • Ability to structure and analyze complex and large data sets
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel
  • Solid communication skills
  • Proficiency both in English and Italian
  • Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and to work in a team
