The position we are recruiting for sits within the consulting organization of IQVIA and provides support on project based work for pharmaceutical clients within a team of subject matter experts.  The environment is fast-paced and undergoing the most significant changes in history.  This role requires a combination of scientific and mathematical analysis, strategic assessment and written/oral communication.

The successful candidate will be energetic, eager to learn, dedicated, smart and organized.




Principal Accountabilities:

  • Collecting international pricing, domestic pricing and other information from known sources using standard protocols to support pricing analyses.
  • Completing legal forms, drafting cover letters and providing advice to clients on form completion
  • Conduct and/or validate various pricing tests
  • Carry out preliminary scientific research for treatment guidelines, pharmacological agents, dosage regimens, etc.
  • Integrating citations into scientific documents and preparing documents to meet strict submission requirements
  • Updating/drafting PowerPoint slides for presentation
  • Developing proposal requests, managing proposal documents and carrying out quality control on proposal documents
  • Supporting Consulting team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing client meetings, agenda documents & minutes

Education/Experience:
 

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.  Work or educational experience in science or business an asset.
  • Administrative experience working with contract documents an asset
  • Experience managing multiple projects and working with financial data also an asset
  • Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, EndNote are an asset
