The Senior HRIS Analyst will support the Workday system, specifically the Recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS) module.  He/she will provide global support of the Workday system, with a focus on providing training and system support to end users.

This role is a member of the Recruitment System Team within the HRIS group, and as such, the duties would include these responsibilities:

Project work:
- Workday implementations – throughout various future Expand phases, will be a project team member/leader, tester, and trainer.  Provide future support of the new modules once they are Live.

- Integrations – work with IT developers to facilitate integrations between Workday and our 3rd party vendor systems.
- Onboarding – work with countries to perform new Workday Onboarding implementations.  Walk through country processes with local TA leaders and design an Onboarding flow to meet their needs.  Work with team to implement.

- Workday Reports - liaise with Workday Reporting team to edit/write Recruiting reports, and assist Recruiters with using the Workday recruiter reporting dashboard.

Ongoing Workday end user Support:
- Service Now tickets – provide support to IQVIA recruiters and managers via our internal ticketing system on such topics as candidate reintegration, candidate merges, candidate access issues that need deeper help – reach out directly to internal and external candidates to walk them through the process, candidate troubleshooting for advanced issues, agency issues.
- Workday system administration – configurations, user control, troubleshooting.

- EQuest posting failures – investigate reason for failure, contact job board/eQuest, notify recruiter on what would need to be updated as needed.
- Workday Onboarding support and updates – daily system monitoring/maintenance, and as needs arise make PDF changes and updates to the system.
- Testing – new Workday product versions, upgrades, new functionalities, error resolution testing in staging and production.
- Training new recruiters and users, and updating training documents.

Recruiting tools support:
- LinkedIn – global system administration, set up licenses, run reports, track ROI, arrange dashboard, transfer users between accounts, etc.
- Job Boards – our team is the POC for all global job boards.  Assist with setup, support, and implementation of job postings, branding, access, reporting, updates, troubleshooting, etc.
- EQuest – global system administration.  Manage new accounts, setup, access, reporting administration, etc.

-Background check – monitor integration between our background check vendor and Workday, assist in resolving issues.

Experience requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of HRIS experience, including some hands-on Workday HRIS experience.  Recruitment module experience a plus.
