Job Summary

The UX Designer will support Product Design efforts and the establishment of pattern libraries & UI guidelines.  The UX Designer collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create optimal product usability.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Ø Develop wireframes, behavioral specifications and personas
Ø Drive projects from concept to production
Ø Present design proposals that are backed by research and data
Ø Gain consensus among stakeholders without compromising the strategic design direction.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Ø Bachelors degree or higher, and extensive hand-on experience.
Ø Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Skill Requirements
Ø Extensive knowledge of  the Clinical Trial industry and DrugDevs key demographics
Ø Experience designing user interfaces
Ø Ability to drive all aspects of the design process including visual design, interaction design and user research
Ø Grasp on current trends in design and user experience
Ø Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities
Ø Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Ø Attention to detail
