Position Summary

Client Services Rep 2 is responsible for answering technical requests from the customers.

  • Answers to Champion users about configuration / administration / questions
  • Provides some reports to the customer
  • Manages internal process, write procedures and communicate them, write best practices for all Support groups
  • Application baseline bugs coordination

Missions and Responsibilities

  • Data manipulation and processing on the supported platform (based on the customer request)
  • Technical problem investigation and troubleshooting
  • Analyze each user problems and suggest alternative solutions to meet the users needs
  • Keep the company informed about any problem related to the use and the maintenance of tools
  • Provide technical assistance activities to the CRM customers users
  • Implement, modify and daily monitor the company’s IT infrastructure accordingly to guidelines and instructions
  • Analyze the logs and statistics of the information system
  • Development and documentation of team’s technical knowledge base
  • Act as a reference for his colleagues
  • Share the information with the other team members and the management
  • Contribute to the integration of new colleagues (training, monitoring)
  • Contribute to the improvement of the tools and procedures

Skills and Profile

Education= Under graduate (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience) (3/4 years)

Experience= 2- 4 years’ experience

  • Working knowledge of ORACLE, Windows operating systems
