Stellenbeschreibung

IQVIA™ is the leading human data science company focused on helping healthcare clients find unparalleled insights and better solutions for patients. Formed through the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles, IQVIA offers a broad range of solutions that harness the power of healthcare data, domain expertise, transformative technology, and advanced analytics to drive healthcare forward.

What is the Academy?
The Academy is a unique leadership development program, with an intensive 12-week training period to prepare its members for onsite or client-facing roles with IQVIA’s pharmaceutical clients. During this full-time training, you will hone your data analytics and consulting skillset through classroom-based lectures on the healthcare and pharma industry, our data assets, interactive case studies, and hands-on working sessions. You will develop a strong network of internal IQVIA leaders and subject matter experts as well as the other members of your cohort.
With this significant support and investment from IQVIA senior leadership, you will develop an elevated technical, analytical, and communication skillset to successfully support the delivery of integrated healthcare analytics and technology solutions specific to the evolving business needs of IQIVA’s clients.
How does the Academy Fit in IQVIA?
IQVIA is the world’s leading information, services and technology company dedicated to making healthcare perform better. The Academy supports largely pharmaceutical clients in using IQVIA data and technology to its full capacity; project examples include providing direct data analytics, reporting, and support in the areas of real-world effectiveness, market research, forecasting, product launch, sales operations, multi-channel marketing, marketing operations, oncology, payer/provider services, and technology & applications.

Professionals joining the Academy are assured of a rewarding career in healthcare data analytics and consulting with an industry global leader. Opportunities to address diverse and challenging problems of the healthcare industry, directly manage client relationships, interact with senior leaders, and gain exposure to a truly multi-cultural, collaborative work environment abound through the Academy and your broader career at IQVIA.
Who is in the Academy?
We are a diverse set of early professionals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. From pharma to healthcare payers and providers, our team comes from all areas of the healthcare system. Not experienced in this industry yet? You’ll fit right in too, as we have team members join the Academy from engineering, economics, and finance (among other industries).
Our diversity allows us to meet the wide variety of client needs, but there are similarities across our team too: we are intellectually curious, ambitious, and hard-working. We love to collaborate, learn from each other, and go the extra mile for our clients as well as the Academy program itself. Most of our members complete training and then help to recruit later cohorts, develop new training sessions, and lead internal initiatives. Our Academy management team consists of senior team members that went through the training program themselves, including the original 2013 cohort of the Academy.
Location: The Academy training program (~12 weeks), is located in our IQVIA Plymouth Meeting, PA office.  Client projects are dependent on need and can vary from short-term, remote support to long-term, full-time engagements onsite at the client. After the initial training period in Plymouth Meeting, Academy members can then expect to be allocated to client projects and must be available to relocate anywhere in the United States for long-term client engagements for at least the first two years within the role.
